This wonderful Isle of Lewis chess set Wizards edition is the same and identical set used in the famous Harry Potter scene where he and Ron play Wizards chess. In the film the pieces come to life and try to destroy each other (that doesn't happen with this version). We have reissued the Wizards set in a smaller size having managed to secure only twenty more of these fine Italian handmade chess boards. The artisan who made these has sadly died so they are limited to only 23 pieces.

We have released these limited edition mid-sized pieces just for this set and this wonderful recreation of the version used in the film is just superb. With a real leather board made in Italy and a perfect recreation of the Lewis chessmen made in England, this set is simply as good as they come and not to be missed by any Harry Potter fan.
