Expertly crafted from solid boxwood and ebonised boxwood, the attention to detail in these luxury Competition Staunton chess pieces is overwhelming. Distinctive, aggressive features, including a well-defined mane and flared nostrils, in particular, define the knights in this set. Each piece is beautifully weighted and balanced, with the whole set presented in a handmade solid sheesham chess piece case. The interior is lined with green flocking to protect your pieces, and the exterior is polished with natural waxes. All in all, the case is a work of art on its own.

These chessmen are classic Staunton from start to finish and, considering the level of finish and beauty, represent outstanding value for money.
