A classic chess set combination of similar colour woods. The Solid Rosewood Atlantic Series Chessmen are presented here with a king height of 9.53 cm, perfect to combine with our most popular board. The wenge 50.04 cm deluxe board is made in Spain and manufactured to exacting standards. This board is a good size at almost 50.80 cm, allowing it to sit comfortably on most coffee tables.

The wenge and rosewood colour tones on these items is very similar, with strong, dark red brown hues and contemporary patterning. The pieces are double weighted and have green flocked bases to protect the board surface. They are hand polished with natural waxes, creating a subtle sheen which is mirrored in the satin lacquered surface of the wenge board. The veneer square inlays are perfection itself and provide a playing surface that looks at home in either modern or traditional interiors.
